Pineapple Upside Down Cake Pudding Shots



Delicious pudding shots inspired by the flavors of pineapple upside-down cake, perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup cake-flavored vodka
  • 1/4 cup maraschino cherry juice
  • 1/4 cup crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 cup maraschino cherries, chopped
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup yellow cake mix
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions:

Mix vanilla pudding, pineapple juice, cake-flavored vodka, and maraschino cherry juice in a bowl with a whisk

Crush the pineapple and chop the maraschino cherries and add them to the mix

Whip the cream and yellow cake mix together in a different bowl

Mix the cake mix and pudding mix together until they are well blended

Melt butter and mix brown sugar in a small bowl to make caramel sauce

The caramel sauce should be spread out in shot glasses or small cups

In each glass, pour the pudding mix on top of the caramel layer

Put it in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it sets

Add more whipped cream and a maraschino cherry to the top of each pudding shot before serving
