Homemade Spicy Tuna Rolls
With these spicy tuna rolls, you can enjoy the great tastes of homemade sushi. They're great for sushi fans who like things that are a little spicy.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups sushi rice, cooked
- 4 sheets nori seaweed
- 1/2 lb fresh tuna, diced
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- 1/2 cucumber, julienned
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Soy sauce, for dipping
- Pickled ginger, for serving
- Wasabi, for serving
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix diced tuna with mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce
Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat
Spread a layer of sushi rice evenly over the nori, leaving a small border at the top
Spread a line of spicy tuna mixture along the center of the rice
Add cucumber and avocado slices on top of the tuna
Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat, sealing the edge with a little water
Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces using a sharp knife
Repeat with the remaining ingredients
Serve the spicy tuna rolls with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi
