Christmas Bark Fudge
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup of white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup of crushed candy canes
- 1/4 cup of red and green holiday sprinkles
Instructions:
Put parchment paper on a baking sheet and set it aside
In a bowl that can go in the microwave, melt the semisweet chocolate chips and half of the sweetened condensed milk in 30 second bursts, stirring each time, until the mixture is smooth
Spread the melted semisweet chocolate mixture out evenly on the baking sheet that has been ready
Melt the white chocolate chips and the rest of the sweetened condensed milk in another bowl that can go in the microwave
Do this in 30-second increments, stirring after each one, until the mixture is smooth
In a pretty pattern, pour the melted white chocolate mixture over the layer of semi-sweet chocolate
On top of the fudge, spread out the crushed candy canes and holiday sprinkles
Before the fudge sets, put the baking sheet in the fridge for about two hours
Cut the fudge into pieces when it's firm and enjoy! If you have any extra Christmas Bark Fudge, put it in a container that won't let air in and put it in the fridge
